7. Set up your table at the HOT location for direct sales discussions during downtime

Regardless of the amount you choose to donate, your business will be seen by other vendors, and delegates from across the western region! Sponsorship Donors will be listed on overhead screens continuously throughout the trade show hours and linked on our website. If a monetary donation is not an option, no problem, we have another way you can show your support!

 

The second option is to donate to the silent auction, or swag bags. Donations can include but are not limited to gift certificates, getaway packages, household items, vehicle items, firefighter tools, gear, etc. All donations are greatly appreciated for this worthy cause. Sponsors and Silent Auction Donors:

All information must be received on or before September 15th, 2026. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. All sponsors will receive a confirmation via e-mail and be issued a receipt.
